摘要

Abstract

In light of the severe power quality problem in a low-voltage distribution area,a method to realize the intelli?gent balance between load and reactive power in the low-voltage distribution area is proposed in this paper. A decentral?ized reactive power compensation strategy for end-users is given based on an improved nine-zone method;a mathemati?cal model of multi-objective optimal load commutation with minimum three-phase load imbalance and minimum switch?ing between low-voltage loads is established. A binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve this model, and a three-phase load imbalance control strategy is proposed. Through the above method,the intelligent balance of load and reactive power is realized. Finally,the reliability of the intelligent balance control algorithm is verified by a simulation example.
