Optimal Configuration Method for Soft Open Point in Active Distribution Network Based on Chance-constrained Programming

Abstract
The large-scale integration of renewable distributed generations such as wind turbines(WTs)and photovolta-ic(PV)arrays has exacerbated the complexity in the distribution of power flow in distribution system. To construct an active distribution network with more operation flexibility and combine the economic efficiency of investment with the system’s operation safety,an optimal configuration method for soft open point(SOP)is proposed based on chance-con-strained programming in this paper. Considering the strong coupling between SOP operation strategy and the random out-put of distributed generations,an SOP siting and sizing model is established based on chance constraints,with the mini-mum annual comprehensive cost as the optimization objective. By means of auxiliary variables,convex relaxation,etc. a mixed-integer quadratically constrained programming model is obtained,which can be solved efficiently. To verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method,tests are conducted on an IEEE 33-node example,with emphasis on the effects of confidence level on the planning results.关键词
