Abstract
The existing studies on the dynamic optimal dispatch of automation generation control(AGC)units fail to consider the closing cost in the control performance standard(CPS)assessment,and the solving algorithm has a poor performance in aspects of precision and computational time. In this paper,the existing studies are improved from two as-pects,i.e.,the dynamic optimal dispatch model of AGC units and its solving algorithm. A novel model for the dynamic optimal dispatch of AGC units is established considering the closing cost in the CPS assessment. This algorithm adopts a strategy of"first adjusting and last returning,and last adjusting and first returning",which is to deal with the complex constraints in advance. Meanwhile,a local adjusting strategy is formulated in the evolutionary programming(EP)algo-rithm to deal with the constraints of tie-line power deviation and selectively modify the transboundary individuals. The effectiveness of the proposed improved model and algorithm is verified on an IEEE 14-bus system and a practical provin-cial-level power system.关键词
