Planning for Park-level Integrated Energy System Based on Cooperation Between PV and Hybrid Energy Storage

Abstract
When a photovoltaic(PV)battery is connected to a park-level integrated energy system(IES),its output vol-atility will exert a negative impact on the system. To solve this problem ,a kind of energy unit structure with the coopera-tion between PV and hybrid energy storage(i.e.,battery and super capacitor)is presented. Then,an energy hub model is used to analyze the energy transformation relationship of new energy units,and the system’s planning objectives and constraints are designed. Finally,the proposed scheme is applied to a case study of planning for a park with three ener-gy units,and it is verified that the actual allowable maximum output of PV can be improved,the planning cost is re-duced by 6.31%,and the total utilization rate of PV increases to 92.47%.关键词
