基于转速信号的电机轴承故障诊断方法
Fault Diagnosis Method of Motor Bearing Using Speed Signal
摘要
Abstract
The electrical method has great significance because it can realize the non-invasive diagnosis of motor bearing faults,and reduce the economic cost of additional installation sensors. Considering the high accuracy of the encoder in the permanent magnet motor,the speed signal was used as the carrier of fault information for fault diagnosis. The fault diagnosis principle of rotor speed signature analysis were briefly introduced firstly. After that ,the method of fast kurtogram was used to verify the fault diagnosis. Finally,the scope and effect of the diagnosis were expanded by the EMD preprocessing method. Signal processing method of fast kurtogram and empirical mode decomposition combined with fast kurtogram were used for comparing and analyzing the diagnosis effect. And these are of great significance to improve the fault diagnosis scope and the diagnosis effect of electric motor bearing.关键词
