Design of Hydraulic Training System for Ship Steering Gear Based on Virtual Simulation Technology
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the adjustable pitch propeller hydraulic servo system is subject to environmental constraints and high maintenance costs in actual training,based on the process simulation support platform,the hydraulic servo soft?ware simulation system of adjustable pitch propeller is developed. Firstly,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system pipe net?work,pump valve,hydraulic cylinder,cooler and propeller pitch actuator are established. Secondly,the VC++programming tech?nology is used to realize the simulation of the system logic control interface. Finally,the software simulation system will provide the overall operation function of the pitch propeller hydraulic system is adjusted,and the actual ship failure is simulated and intelligent?ly evaluated. The simulation training system designed in this paper can simulate faults in real ship systems and can play a role in sea?farer education and training.关键词
