摘要
Abstract
As an essential part of the machinery industry,the normal operation of gears is directly related to the operation of the whole machine. In order to verify the straight tooth cylindrical gears meshing vibration on the influence of gear running status, the dynamic characteristics of faulty gear and normal gear are analyzed by using ANSYS LS-DYNA software. The relationship be?tween gear operation and pitting erosion and spalling of tooth surface is obtained by comparision. The force of tooth cooperation and vibration acceleration are mainly discussed. The simulation results show that the existence of spalling has a serious impact on the normal operation of the gear,and the meshing force and vibration acceleration signal of the failure gear are larger than the amplitude of the normal gear.关键词
