摘要

Abstract

Interval rough number judgment matrix has the dual characteristics of retaining partial deterministic judgment in uncertain judgment. However, there are few studies on it, especially on its consistency. The concept of perfect consistency and strong consistency of complementary judgment matrix based on interval rough numbers are proposed. And some theo-rems for judging whether they have complete consistency and strong consistency are given. The effect that internal consis-tency and external consistency influence on the whole consistency is discussed and some examples are given. And the relation between perfect consistency and strong consistency of complementary judgment matrix based on interval rough numbers is explained. This paper discusses the consistency theory basis for the application of interval rough number judgment matrix.
