摘要

Abstract

Based on the existing Cellular Automation(CA)models of moving block system, an improved CA model is proposed to solve the‘irrational bounce’problem which is detected in the velocity change of tracking trains. The train flow is simulated by applying the improved model and its phase diagram is obtained. In addition, the paper discusses the factors that can affect the pattern of the train flow. It is reported that the station can regulate the status of train flow and the increase of the velocity gap of different trains and the decrease of percentage of fast trains can significantly improve the line capacity, by promoting the operation efficiency of the whole system.
