"大雄安"区域产业生态的构建研究
Research on the Construction of Industrial Ecosystem in the Xiong′an Area

Abstract
" The Planning Outline for Xiong′an New District of Hebei Province " sets up the overall position of high﹣end and high﹣tech industries for Xiong′an New District. Although Xiong′an New District has the advantages of transportation, regional and policy dividends, it is also obviously constrained in its industrial development by the supply level of existing production factors and industrial foundations. The main cause for the large gap in regional economic development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the lack of effective industrial division and cooperation between Hebei and Beijing﹣Tianjin area. Building an industrial ecosystem under the spatial scale of Xiong′an Area is quite necessary to Xiong′an New District construction, which will not only make up for the lack of production factors for its development in high﹣end and high﹣tech industries, but also leverage its advantages in leading the rapid development of Hebei province. Finally, the paper puts forward policy recommendations for the industrial ecology construction in Xiong′an Area from the aspects of industrial planning, dislocation competition, infrastructure construction, government﹣market relations and industrial development.关键词
