社区治理现代化的中国逻辑及实现路径研究
Research on the Logic and Realization Path of Community Governance Modernization in China
摘要
Abstract
The paper constructs a general theory of community governance modernization in China. Firstly, on the basis of reviews over the theories of governance and modernization, it puts forward the theoretical logic of community governance modernization in China, which consists of the modernization of community governance system with a series of institutional arrangements as its connotation and the modernization of community governance ability with the subjectivity ability as its connotation. Afterwards, it puts forward the concept of community governance modernization. Secondly, from the perspective of the origin of law, it considers that the realization of practical logic of community governance modernization relies on two community meta﹣attributes and their extensibility: mass self﹣governing organizations and grass﹣roots political power. Finally, the paper discusses the way to realize community governance modernization from three aspects of the logical structure of community governance modernization practice as follows: institutional subject, governance technology and community residents, thereby promoting the transformation of modernity elements of community governance from low﹣level to high﹣level, and ultimately to realize the modernization of community governance.关键词
