摘要

Abstract

An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method was established to determine 15 elements(Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg,Pb,A1,Fe)in compound licorice oral solution. The compound licorice oral solution sample was digested by microwave,the corresponding element was selected as an internal standard according to the mass of the element to be tested,and the collision mode(helium mode) was used for measurement. The result showed that the linear relationship of the detected 15 element was good,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The detection limit of each element was between 0.08 ng·mL-1 and 38.00 ng·mL-1,and the recovery rate was between 88. 57%and 107.10 %(n=6).The method has the advantages of simple operation,high analysis speed,high sensitivity, wide linear range,and simultaneous determination of various elements,and is suitable for the determination of elements in the compound licorice oral solution.
