Abstract
According to the requirement of ability for disaster emergency communications and space-ground integration emergency observation system,based on the analysis for sensing,communi-cations,navigation and localization ability,as well as the intelligence ability,the perspective of the space-based system emergency management support system in China is proposed.Remote sensing observation ability for disaster emergency is strengthened and improved through the middle-orbit remoting system,high-resolution optical satellite constellation,and ground station.Observation data for disaster is processed and disseminated through space-ground integration emergency man-agement cloud platform.The requirements of communications,navigation,remote sensing satel-lites in LEO,MEO and GEO are proposed to fasten the space-based emergency management sup-port system.关键词
