摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the telemetry processing and transferring problem,such as the design disunity,structural irregularities,long processing time and difficult interaction,between the spacecraft manufacturers and control center,a hierarchical model for telemetry processing is taken and the telemetry transfer universal interface is proposed based on XTCE (XML telemetric and command exchange)standard with CCSDS.The telemetry detailed design is made from the top to the bottom and from the overall structure to the single element.Firstly,a general and ca-nonical spacecraft telemetry model is established,and the subsystem nodes are defined;after-wards,the telemetry elements are defined,including the attribute,optional attribute,subordi-nates’attributes,etc.Finally,the telemetry transfer universal interface software is made.Design verification results show that the universal interface can transfer the telemetry from spacecraft manufacturers to control center nondestructively and quickly,and it is important for the space-craft design and manufacture,control and management,and application efficiency.
