摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the low efficiency of existing research on the patch file storage access system and the on-board real-time storage application characteristics,an on-board high-speed PFSA (patch file storage access)system is proposed based on the patch file storage access structure and the NAND Flash-based storage layout strategy.According to the block operation in the Flash, the data access model is established,and the different patch files are stored on the different Flash substrates to improve the access speed of concurrent data.Adopting MRAM (magnetic random access memory)to store the patch files less than hundreds of bytes,and all files move to the fixed blocks when the data in the MRAM exceed a threshold,to reduce the Flash reading and writing time for patch files.Through the board simulation experiment on the average writing per-formance,large number of patch files writing performance,file transmission performance and block erasure equilibrium performance,the experiment results show that the speed of patch file storage access,transition delay and erasure balance are improved,and the validity of the design proposed is verified.
