Research on Dynamics Model and Simulation of Defense Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation System
摘要
Abstract
The transformation of national defense science and technological achievements is a key link in national defense science and technology innovation. On the basis of literature research,the theoretical model of national defense scientific and technological achievements transformation system is constructed,which is divided into four subsystems,which are research and development,promotion,industrialization and support. The boundaries between subsystems are defined and the internal causality is analyzed. Taking the aerospace industry as an example to test the validity of the model,and the system dynamics method is used to simulate the national defense scientific and technological achievements transformation system. The results show that the transformation of national defense science and technological achievements can promote the industrial output,while the management level,investment capital investment,scientific and technological assessment intensity and third-party institutions are the main factors affecting the transformation of national defense scientific and technological achievements. Finally,based on the empirical conclusions, the policy recommendations for promoting the transformation of national defense scientific and technological achievements are put forward.关键词
