Abstract
In the thesis,energy efficiency based on sleep mode and coordinated multi-points(CoMP)in wireless cellular net?works is focused on,which doesn't take load-balancing into account. In this dissertation,a dynamic clustering optimization strategy on energy efficiency and user fairness is investigated. The base station sleeping is used to improve energy efficiency and we build the joint optimization model of energy efficiency and load-balancing are built. This clustering algorithm is further utilized through a nov?el two-stage re-clustering algorithm to reduce high load on cells in hotspot areas and improve user satisfaction. The results show that unsatisfied users due to high load can be significantly reduced to 34.8% with minimal impact on energy efficiency and spectral effi?ciency.关键词
