摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of generating view file for mask projection stereo-lithography system,the software of UG has the function of section view in the engineering drawing environment. With UG 10.0 as the platform and Visual Studio 2015 as the program development tool,CAD model is directly layered by calling relevant functions. Compared with STL model file,this method can obtain section data of complex parts quickly,and has the advantages of high precision and fast processing speed. The CAD model can get the cross section view quickly by this method. Without the need for reverse color processing ,the cross section view can be directly applied to the mask projection stereo-lithography system for fabricating CAD parts. The experimental results show that the direct slicing method can be applied to mask projection stereo-lithography system.
