摘要

Abstract

To improve the wetting effect of coal dust surface, surfactant is added to improve the wetting effect of coal dust surface. In this paper, the response surface analysis method is used to optimize the design of the formula of dust remover. Taking nonionic surfactant APG(A), anionic surfactant SDBS(B)and cationic surfactant CPAM(C)as response variables, with sedimentation time t and transmittance as response values, according to Box-Behnken center combination experiment design principle, the anthracite coal dust agent is optimized. The results show that the optimum concentration of each component is 0.15%APG, 0.43%SDBS and 0.03%CPAM, the predicted value of sedimentation time is 10.761 9 s, and the predicted value of transmittance is 89.850 5% , which can reach the optimal state of wetting and agglomeration at the same time.
