Abstract
In order to solve the rescue problem in collapse roadway of coal mine, this paper proposes the excavation equipment of coal mine rescue roadway using pipe jacking construction technology, studies the large opening rate cutter head crushing technology which makes most medium and small size rocks directly discharged by cutter head without crushing and improves the rescue speed. Adopt ring motor drive mode and on the premise of guaranteeing enough driving power output, the space in the slag discharge chamber should be enlarged as much as possible so as to facilitate personnel and emergency operation of the machine head; combined with the actual working conditions of the collapsed roadway, the key research on the slag discharge system and main roof equipment was carried out.分类
