摘要

Abstract

γ-Al2O3 support with micron-sized porous was hydrothermal modified with NH4HCO3 as raw material. The effects of NH4HCO3 hydrothermal modification on the structure and properties of γ-Al2O3 support were characterized by XRD,IR,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,Py-FTIR techniques. Experiment result showed that during hydrothermal modification,some of the γ-Al2O3 underwent crystal phase transformation to form micron-sized rod-shaped NH4Al(OH)2CO3,which is interlaced and grown on the surface of the alumina support and in the micron-sized pores. The NH4Al(OH)2CO3 formed during calcination is again converted into γ-Al2O3. After hydrothermal modification with NH4HCO3,the specific surface area and pore volume of γ-Al2O3 support decreased slightly,while the pore content of about 1-2 μm increased significantly. The total acid content,weak acid content and medium strong acid content decreased. The relative content of OH group (HO-μ2-Al Ⅵ) located on the crystal plane AlⅥ of (111) surface decreased,the relative content of OH group (HO-μ3-AlⅥ) located on the crystal plane AlⅥ of (100) surface increased.
