摘要

Abstract

Using cyclohexane as extractant,the liquid-liquid equilibrium data of polymethoxydimethyl ether(DMMn)+water+cyclohexane system were analyzed by GC method,and the influencing factors of extracting DMMn with cyclohexane were investigated. The experimental results showed that extracting DMMn with cyclohexane was better than isopropyl ether,and the extraction selectivity coefficient of DMM3-5 was much higher than 1. At 293.15 K and normal pressure,the liquid-liquid equilibrium data of DMM3-5+water+cyclohexane system conform to the thermodynamic consistency of Hand junction correlation. Under the conditions of extraction time of 5 min and rotation speed of 100 r/min,the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of extractant to reaction liquid was 1.2,and the mass ratio of water supplement to formaldehyde in reaction liquid was 2. Under this extraction condition,after 3 times of countercurrent extraction,the extraction rate of DMM2-8 was 90.86%,the loss rate of extractant was 0.87%,and the dehydration rate was 92.46%.
