四丁基氯化铵半笼型二氧化碳水合物生成动力学研究

Abstract
In order to clarify the kinetics of hydrate formation in tetra-n-butylammonium chloride+carbon dioxide+water system,kinetics experiment was carried out with hydrate of tetra-n-butylammonium chloride+carbon dioxide+water system in a visualized high-pressure stirred reactor. The effect and mechanism of the concentration of tetrabutylammonium chloride in solution on induction time,rapid formation time,rapid formation rate and cumulative gas consumption were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of tetra-n-butylammonium chloride in the solution,the induction time was significantly increased compared with that of the pure water system. In the 5%(w) tetra-n-butylammonium chloride solution,an inhibition of hydrate formation was shown;while in 10%(w) and 15%(w) tetra-n-butylammonium chloride solutions,the hydrate formation was promoted,but the driving force was reduced,and the rapid formation time was shortened due to the large consumption of gas;as the concentration of tetra-n-butylammonium chloride in the solution increases,the total gas consumption gradually decreases.关键词
