摘要

Abstract

Straight-run diesel was used as raw material in a single hydrocracking process,the effects of reaction temperature,system pressure and volume space velocity on product distribution, liquid product yield,chemical hydrogen consumption and main product properties were investigated. The results showed that hydrocracking process can convert straight-run diesel into heavy naphtha, aviation kerosene and tail oil with high value-added;reaction temperature has a great effect on product distribution and the product distribution can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting cracking temperature. System pressure and volume space velocity have little effect on hydrocracking of straight-run diesel, enterprises that did not require strict product quality can choose lower system pressure in order to achieve better economic benefits.
