脑小血管病与颅内大动脉病变关系的研究进展
Advance in Relationship between Cerebral Small Vessel Disease and Intracranial Large Artery Disease
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral small vessels and large arteries are closely related in structure and function. There is increasing evidence that cerebral small vessel disease often coexists with intracranial large artery disease, and their severity is consistent. Intracranial large artery atherosclerosis, intracranial arterial dolichoectasia and increased arterial stiffness all reflect structural and functional changes of large artery. This article reviewed the research status on the interaction and coexistence between cerebral small vessel disease and intracranial large artery disease.关键词
