摘要

Abstract

Milk is rich in nutrients and has gradually become a part of human diet. Milk containing varied kinds of ω?3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The ω?3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are essential fatty acids for human body, which play a vital role in maintaining the health of human. Therefore, exploring the regulation mechanism of ω?3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk is conducive to improve the content of ω?3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk, and further improving the nutritional value of milk. This article reviewed factors that affecting the enrich?ment of ω?3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk, including feed, rumen biohydrogenation, transport of mam?mary gland cells, parity and lactation period of dairy cows.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31 (11) :4917?4926]
