发酵全混合日粮对崂山奶山羊泌乳性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Fermented Total Mixed Ration on Lactation Performance, Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Serum Biochemical Indices of Laoshan Dairy Goats

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented total mixed ration on lactation per?formance, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of Laoshan dairy goats. Thirty healthy second fetus Laoshan dairy goats with body weight of ( 58.40±2.25) kg and milk yield of (2.01±0.45) kg／d were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 goats in each replicate. The experimental group was fed a whole planted corn fermented total mixed ration with the moisture content of 45%, and the control group was fed a silage corn total mixed ration with consistent nutrient composition. The pre?experimental period lasted for 15 days, and the experimental period lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows: the dry matter intake ( DMI) , milk yield and 4% standard milk yield of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P＜0.01) , and the milk fat percentage, milk protein per?centage, lactose percentage and non?fat solid content were no significant difference compared with the control group ( P＞0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter ( DM) and neutral detergent fiber ( NDF) of experi?mental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P＜0.05) , and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber ( ADF) , crude protein ( CP) and nitrogen?free extract ( NFE) was no significant differ?ence compared with the control group ( P＞0.05 ). The serum urea nitrogen ( UN) content of experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P＜0.05) , and the contents of total cholesterol ( TC) , total protein ( TP) , albumin ( ALB), globulin ( GLOB) , glucose ( GLU) and triglyceride ( TG) were no significant difference compared with the control group ( P＞0.05). In conclusion, compare with the si?lage corn total mixed ration, feeding whole planted corn fermented total mixed ration can improve the DMI, milk yield, 4% standard milk yield and apparent digestibility of DM and NDF of Laoshan dairy goats, and re?duce serum UN content.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(11) :5074?5079]关键词
