大菱鲆幼鱼对饲料中肌醇需求量的研究
Dietary Myo?Inositol Requirement of Juvenile Turbot ( Scophthalmus maximus L.)

Abstract
This experiment was aimed to study the dietary myo?inositol ( MI) requirement of juvenile turbot ( Scophthalmus maximus L.). The juvenile turbot with initial body weight of (24.73±0.10) g were fed six iso?nitrogenous and isoenergergetic diets containing 319.00, 511.00, 703.00, 1 087.00, 1 855.00 and 3 391.00 mg/kg MI, named M1 to M6, respectively. The growth experiment lasted for 80 d. The results showed as follows:1) weight gain rate ( WGR) and specific growth rate ( SGR) in M2 to M6 groups were significantly higher than those in M1 group ( P<0.05) ; while feed efficiency rate ( FER) in M3 to M6 groups was significantly higher than that in M1 group ( P<0.05). 2) The crude lipid content of the whole fish in M4 to M6 groups was significantly lower than that in the other groups ( P<0.05 ) , adding MI significantly in?creased the crude lipid content of the muscle ( P<0.05) , whereas significantly decreased the crude lipid content in the liver ( P<0.05). 3) The intestinal lipase activity in M4 group was significantly higher than that in other groups ( P<0.05).4) With the increasing of dietary MI level, the serum superoxide dismutase ( SOD) activity firstly deceased and then increased, and the serum malonaldehyde ( MDA) content in M3 to M6 groups signifi?cantly decreased ( P<0.05). 5) The serum total cholesterol ( TCHO) and triglyceride ( TG) contents in M3 and M4 groups were significantly higher than those in M1 group ( P<0.05 ). 6 ) The saturated fatty acids (SFA) content in the liver was significantly higher than that in other groups ( P<0.05) , the polyunsaturated fatty acids ( PUFA) content in liver and muscle increased significantly ( P<0.05) , and the maximum appeared in M6 and M4 groups, respectively. The findings suggest that the addition of proper level of MI in feed can im?prove the growth performance, digestion and antioxidant capacity of juvenile turbot, regulate serum lipid level, and improve fatty acid composition. Based on the broken?line regression analysis of WGR and FER, the dietary MI requirement of juvenile turbot is 622 to 991 mg/kg.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31 (11) :5122?5132]关键词
