摘要

Abstract

Rumen microecological balance is an important guarantee for goat health. This study aimed to ana?lyze the changes of rumen bacterial flora before and after acute rumen acidosis in goats by using 16S rRNA se?quencing technology. Four healthy Boer goats were selected, and the self?designed before?after control experi?ment design was adopted. Four portions of tumor?producing fluid collected before modeling were set as healthy group, and four portions of tumor?producing fluid collected after modeling were set as rumen acidosis group. The goat acute rumen acidosis model was established by infusing corn flour, and the amount of corn flour was determined by the ratio of 40 g/kg BW. The method of rumen intubation was used for the collection of gastric juice and corn flour irrigation. The results showed that the diversity and similarity of rumen bacteria flora de?creased after acute rumen acidosis. Streptococcus and Lactobacillales under Firmicutes became the dominant bacteria flora, Succinivibrionaceae and Mitochondria under Proteobacteria grew moderately, Prevotella under Bacteroidetes showed no significant difference in relative abundance after acute rumen acidosis ( P>0.05 ). LEfSe analysis showed that Fibrobacteraceae under Fibrobacteres became one of the influencing factors of the difference of rumen bacterial flora composition before and after acute rumen acidosis in goats. PICRUSt analy?sis found that the rumen bacteria flora may maintain normal survival and reproduction by increasing the utiliza?tion of carbohydrates and amino acids when the functions of protein synthesis, processing and degradation were inhibited. It can be seen that the composition, structure and function of rumen bacteria flora have obvious chan?ges compared with the healthy state after the induced acute rumen acidosis in goats.[ Chinese Journal of Ani?mal Nutrition, 2019, 31(11) :5367?5377]
