互联网平台下的微课在护士全科护理教学中的效果
Effect of "micro-course"on overall quality of teaching for general nurses

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of "micro-course" under the Internet platform on the overall quality training of nursing talents in general nursing teaching.Methods 40 nurses were selected from our hospital from April to August,2019,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 20 nurses in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching,and the observation group micro-course general nursing teaching.The training time of the two groups was 4 weeks.The theoretical assessment results,practical assessment results,6-D scale scores,and nurse satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores,practical assessment scores,and 6-D scale scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P < 0.05).The observation group was better in problem-solving ability,more interest in learning,more flexible teaching methods,and higher teamwork satisfaction than the control group(95.00%vs.60.00%,100.00%vs.65.00%,100.00%vs.60.00%,and 95.00%vs.55.00%; all P < 0.05).Conclusion Applying micro-class in general nursing teaching and training can significantly improve the nurses' comprehensive ability and satisfaction to training.The effect is remarkable and worth learning.关键词
