摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the simultaneous validities and preferences of pain assessment and measurement tools in outpatients undergoing wound dressing change. Methods The data of 40 patients undergoing wound dressing change in the outpatient dressing changing room from May,2017 to May,2019 were selected.NRS(Digital Rating Scale),VAS(Visual Analog Scale),VDS(Word Description Scale),FPS-R(Modified Facial Ex-pression Pain Scale),and MIX(Combined Pain Assessment Form)were used to evaluate their pain intensities.NRS was used as the calibration tool. The correlation of NRS with VAS,VDS,FPS-R and MIX was verified by Spearman simple correlation Software. The simultaneous validities of VAS,VDS,FPS-R,and MIX were finally determined; and the preferences of the patients for the five scales were counted by percentage chi-square.Results There was a positive correlation of NRS with VAS,VDS,FPS-R,and MIX(r=0.753-0.957,P< 0.05).And the preferences from high to low were as below: FPS-R 75.0%(n=30),MIX 60.0%(n=24),NRS 22.5%(n-9),VAS 5.0%(n=2,and VDS 2.5%(n=1).Conclusion FPS-R,VDS,MIX,and VAS in the evaluation of outpatients undergoing wound dressing change all have good simultaneous validities, but FPS-R has the best preference.关键词
