非典型溶血尿毒综合征患儿淋巴细胞亚群的变化
Changes of lymphocyte subsets in children with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the characteristics and clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets in children with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome(aHUS).Methods The detection values of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in the acute period of aHUS hospitalized in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2018 were collected as the aHUS group.After remission,abnormal lymphocyte subsets were reviewed.Meanwhile,peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of healthy children were collected as control group.Results There were 15 cases in both aHUS group and control group.Compared with the control group,the relative counts of T cells(CD3+),helper T cells(CD3+CD4+),and NK cells(CD3-CD16+CD56+)in the aHUS group were significantly reduced,while the relative count of B cells(CD3-CD19+)was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the relative count of CD3+CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the aHUS group,the abnormal rate of CD3+CD4+relative count was 66.7％(10/15),the abnormal rate of CD3-CD16+CD56+relative count was 33.3％(5/15),and the abnormal rate of CD3-CD19+relative count was 80.0％(12/15).In the control group,the abnormal rate of CD3-CD19+relative count was 26.7％(4/15),and the relative counts of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD3-CD16+CD56+,and CD4+/CD8+ratio were all in the normal range.The abnormal rate of CD3-CD19+relative count in the aHUS group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After remission,lymphocyte subsets gradually returned to normal.Conclusion The abnormal cellular immune function caused by the imbalance of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets may be related to the occurrence of aHUS in children.关键词
