Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression of Th17 cells and cytokine IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and its relationship with antioxidant enzymes and peripheral nerve injury,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of PD.Methods 60 patients with PD were enrolled in the case group in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018.At the same time,50 healthy adults were selected as the control group. The differences of Th17 cells,IL-17,SOD,GSH-Px,catalase(CAT)in peripheral blood,MCV,LP and Amp between the two groups were compared. The relationships between the percentage of Th17 cells, the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood and SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,MCV,LP,Amp were also analyzed. Results The percentage of Th17 cells and the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the concentrations of SOD,GSH-Px,and CAT in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),MCV and AMP of common peroneal nerve in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),LP was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of Th17 cells and the concentration of IL-17 were negatively correlated with SOD,GSH-Px,CAIT,MCV and AMP,respectively(P<0.05),positively correlated with LP(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Th17 cells and IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with PD are increased, and the activity of antioxidant enzymes is decreased, which may be all important factor leading to peripheral nerve injury. Therefore,it is beneficial to alleviate peripheral nerve injury in patients with PD to reduce the expression of Th17 cells and IL-17 by intervention, and enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, which has certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of PD.关键词
