复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin for anaphylactoid purpura.Methods The selected 64 cases of patients with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(33 cases).The patients in the control group received basic treatment,and the observation group received the compound glycyrrhizin injection treatment based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Result The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significant higher than that of the control group(93.5％vs.72.7％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin has good effect in treating anaphylactoid purpura,which has a high security and minimal side effects.关键词
