摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of tumor markers and cytokeratin 19(CK-19)gene expression in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 50 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the experimental group, and 60 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group. The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),and CK-19 of the two groups were detected. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of individual indicators and combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer were evaluated with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results The levels of CEA,CA153,and CK-19 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group[(8.41±126)ng/ml vs.(2.65±1.32)ng/ml,(52.63±9.26)U/ml vs.(23.26±5.69)U/ml,(16.26±2.54)×102 copies/ml vs.(8.33±2.05)×102 copies/ml],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rates of CEA,CA153,CK-19 single test were 56.00%,70.00%,70.00%respectively,which were lower than 88.00%of the combined detection, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The sensitivity, accuracy, and specificity of the combined detection(88.00%,90.00%,89.09%)were better than those of CEA(56.00%,63.33%,60.00%),CA153(70.00%,68.33%,69.09%),CK-19(70.00%,80.00%,75.45%).Conclusion Combined detection of tumor markers and CK-19 can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of breast cancer, and provide important value for clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.关键词
