Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of 4R crisis management model on hospital infection risk and nursing quality of inpatients.Methods The 4R crisis management model was applied to our department comprehensively since September 2018,targeted management intervention mainly focused on "Reduction link-Readiness link-Response link-Recovery link".The differences of protective capability for nosocomial infection of department nurses,the incidence of nosocomial infection,nursing quality score were compared before and after intervention(March 2018 to September 2018,September 2018 to March 2019).Results After the implementation,the qualified rate of hand hygiene,the compliance rate of hand hygiene,the implementation rate of personal protective articles,the qualified rate of the treatment of medical waste,and the qualified rate of disinfection of the surface of articles were 88.75%,96.25%,86.25%,90.00%,and 92.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,the incidence of nosocomial infection was 6.11%,and the hospital stay was(7.09±2.15)d,which were significantly lower than those before the implementation[11.66%,(11.65±3.83)d](P<0.05).The total score of nursing quality after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation[(87.65±3.52)vs.(65.88±4.83)](P<0.05).Conclusion The 4R crisis management model provides nursing intervention to the hospitalized patients,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of hospital infection,enhance the protective capability for nosocomial infection of the nursing staff,and improve the nursing quality.关键词
