摘要
Abstract
Frequency synthesizer is the crucial component in wireless systems,widely applied in communication systems,ra?dars ystems,ECM and so on. A design based on multiplier+mixer and coaxial microstrip transition is proposed in this paper. HFSS and ADS are utilized to simulate and optimize the design model to get the low phase noise multi-outputs milimeter frequency synthe?sizer. The actual dimension is 145mm×110mm×18mm and the power consumption is about 10W. The test results indicate that the mi?limeter frequency synthesizer has the advantages of low phase noise,small dimensions,low spurious,low power consumption and so on.关键词
