摘要

Abstract

The spacecraft running in the space is susceptible to the influence of atmospheric neutron radiation in the near space,especially the large-scale integrated circuits such as FPGAs,which can easily flip single particles and affect the safe opera?tion of the whole aircraft. In this paper,the NMOS tube is modeled by TCAD,and the pulse current generated by different energy neutron radiation is simulated to find out that the NMOS transistor is used to generate the pulse current. The method of NMOS tube is found by atmospheric neutron radiation to produce transient current for the follow-up study of atmospheric neutron radiation by atmo?spheric neutron radiation.
