摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a special function test method for asynchronous FIFO(First Input First Output). The method completes the functional tests for Read Data Flow Through and Write Data Flow Through by the combination of functional test and AC parameter test. The method fills the gaps on the test for such devices and improves test coverage and testing capability for asyn?chronous FIFO. Furthermore,in the implementation of the test process,the AC parameters tWEF and tRFF can be tested to verify these two functions by using the Spec Search method,which effectively improves test efficiency.关键词
