Abstract
In this paper,an 8mm band finline mixer is designed and the mixer has been fabricated and tested. The entire mix?er circuit is integrated on a dielectric substrate whose material is F4BM220 with a thickness of 0.2 mm,and Schottky barrier diodes MA4E2037 packaged as beam lead are used as the mixing tubes. The mixer selects the single balanced mixing circuit structure,the RF port uses the finline structure,the low pass filter and the band pass filter all adopt the form of the suspended stripline,and a number of grooves are dug in the finline transition section to matchthe RF port. The LO port uses waveguide to the suspension strip?line transition. Finally,the IF port uses the SMA connector. The tested results show that the conversion loss less than 10dB with the RF port ranging from 32.5 GHz to 37 GHz and the LO/RF isolation greater than 30dB have been gotten when LO is 35 GHz.关键词
