长距离乙烷外输管道输送方案研究
Study on Ethane Transportation of Long Distance Pipeline
摘要
Abstract
The 0.76 million tons ethane produced by certain ethane recovery plant is transported to the downstream ethylene plant by 125 km new pipeline. The ethane can be transported by three phase: gas, liquid, supercritical. In the paper, software OLGA was used to study the normal transportation condition and abnormal transportation condition about gas-liquid and leakage of the ethane pipeline. The pressure and temperature of normal transportation condition, safety risk of abnormal transportation condition in different ethane phase are analyzed by comparing the pipeline parameters of pressure, temperature, liquid holdup, velocity of gas and liquid. The study indicates that the ethane pipeline of certain oilfield adapts to gas transportation, which has lower operational risk and provides guidance for project engineering design.关键词
