Abstract
Functional relationship between aroma component contents and characteristic areas of different chip-type tobacco strips was investigated in order to provide reference for differentiated redrying processing, distribution and utilization of different chip-type strips after threshing. Threshed strips were screened using a blade vibratory separator. Characteristic areas and main volatile aroma components of different chip-type strips were determined. Single factor variance analysis was used to analyze the difference of various aroma components of different chip-type strips, and regression analysis was used to establish the functional relationship between the content of aroma components and characteristic areas of different chip-type strips. The results showed that, for procured tobacco in the same grade, with the increase of characteristic area, the total contents of alcohols, aldehydes, acids, ketones and esters decreased logarithmically, while the content of alkenes increased logarithmically. There was a significant difference in chemical property among different chip-type strips after threshing. Therefore, differential redrying, distribution and utilization after online screening of different chip-type strips after threshing was of great significance for regulating the quality of tobacco leaves and controlling the quality of cigarettes.关键词
