Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy, safety,economy,and pharmacokinetics parameters of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) dispersible tablet in immunosuppression treatment of kidney transplant recipient Methods Databases of Ovid Medline, Ovid EMBase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM, VIP and WanFang Data were searched. The retrieval time was from inception to July 6th, 2018. Bias risk assessment and qualitative analysis were performed for each included study. Results A total of 16 studies were included. There was no significant cant differences in the efficacy and safety between MMF dispersible tablet and MMF capsule. Both MMF dispersible tablet and MMF capsule mainly caused adverse reactions such as diarrhea, leukopenia, and infection. MMF dispersible tablet could reduce patients’ cost to some extent. MMF dispersible tablet and MMF capsule were bioequivalent. There were no significant differences in pharmacokinetics parameters between MMF dispersible tablet and MMF capsule either in healthy subjects or kidney transplant recipient. Conclusion MMF dispersible tablet is cheaper and has no significant differences with MMF capsule in efficacy,safety,efficiency,and pharmacokinetics, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
