广州市医养结合养老机构护士工作体验的质性研究
Nurses′work experience in the nursing home with integrated medical and nursing care of Guangzhou city:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective: To understand the real working experience of nurses in the nursing home with integrated medical and nursing care of Guangzhou city, and to provide a reference for improving the human resource management of nursing teams in nursing homes and stabilizing the nursing talent team. Methods: Using a qualitative research method，a semi-structured interview was conducted to 17 nurses in a nursing home with integrated medical and nursing care, so as to understand their work experience and feelings，and the content of the interview was analyzed according to phenomenological analysis methods. Results: There were positive and negative aspects of nurses’ work experience in a nursing home with integrated medical and nursing care. The positive aspect included employment advantages, convenient to help friends and families, getting along well with the elderly, strong willingness to second-born, well teamwork and stronger acquisition of emotion. There were six areas of mutual assistance and emotional gain. The negative aspect included insufficient understanding of family members, difficulty in communicating with the elderly, limitation of working conditions and resource, lack of multi-disciplinary knowledge of gerontology, vague role division and small development space. Conclusions: Nursing educators should further increase the nursing talent training system and improve the nursing practitioners' awareness of the nursing home. Managers should optimize the nurse management system and formulate a professional nurse training plan and assessment based on the actual situation of integrated medical and nursing care, to promote the healthy development of senior care teams.关键词
