Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of LED red and blue irradiation combined with isotretinoin capsules and fusidic acid cream on facial acne vulgaris. Methods 76 patients with facial acne vulgaris from October 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (n=38) and reference group (n=38). The reference group was given Fuxidi. Acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsules, the study group gave LED red and blue light on the basis of the reference group, comparing the treatment effect of the two groups, the lesion score before and after treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms at different stages (GAGS score), and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.37% (37/38) higher than that of the reference group (78.95% (30/38)) (P<0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the lesion scores of both groups decreased, and the study group was low. In the reference group (P<0.05); the GAGS scores of the study group were lower than the reference group at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 21.05% (5/38) and the reference. There was no significant difference in the group of 15.79% (2/38) (P>0.05). Conclusion LED red and blue light combined with isotretinoin capsules and fusidic acid cream can treat facial acne vulgaris effectively, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and safety.关键词
