摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of cross-theoretical model health education on the self-efficacy and cancer-induced fatigue of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancer treated at our hospital from July,2016 to June,2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing. The observation group carried out cross-theoretical model health education, including the previous intention stage, the intention stage, the preparation stage, the operation stage, and the maintenance phase. The self-efficacy,cancer-induced fatigue, and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of positive attitude,self-decompression,and self-decision were significantly higher and the scores of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue and other fatigue were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P < 0.05).The good life quality rate was 57.5% in the observation group, and was 35.0% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Crosstheoretical model health education is helpful to improve the self-management efficacy and life quality of patients with esophageal cancer after operation, and reduce their cancer-induced fatigue.关键词
