Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention and health education on pain,anxiety,depression,and adverse reactions of children taking growth hormone stimulation test.Methods 116 short-stature children who took growth hormone stimulation test in our hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were randomly divided into a control group (n=70) and an observation group (n--46).The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were given personalized psychological nursing intervention and health care on the basis of routine nursing intervention.After the intervention,the pain,anxiety,depression,and adverse reactions in these two groups were observed.Results After different interventions,the pain scores during blood collection and intravenously indwelling needle,the anxiety and depression scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower in the observation group than in the control group (t =3.169,8.210,3.979,and 4.145;all P ＜ 0.05;x 2=7.813,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing intervention and health education can effectively improve the pain,anxiety,and depression of children who are treated with the growth hormone stimulation test,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the test.关键词
