亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与2型糖尿病微血管病变的相关性研究
Correlation between subclinical hypothyroidism and microvascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to assess the association between the subclinical hypothyroidism and the presence of microvascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods We recruited 1 057 inpatients with T2DM from Department of Endocrinology of Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from April 2017 to May 2018.Based on the presence of subclinical hypothyroidism,the patients were divided into euthyroidism group and subclinical hypothyroidism group.The general conditions,relevant hematology indicators,and complications were recorded.Results Compared with the euthyroidism group,the SCH group had a higher female incidence (58.02%),a higher creatinine value (P=0.015) and dyslipidemia (P=0.003).In addition,compared with the euthyroidism group,the SCH group had a higher incidence of hypertension (P=0.000) and microvascular complications (P=0.016).In the multivariate logistic regression analysis,the results showed that SCH was associated with an increased risk of microvascular complications (OR=1.546,95%CI=1.143-2.535,P=0.044),hypertension history (OR=0.459,95%CI=0.302-0.697,P=0.000),and lipid metabolism disorders (OR=1.115,95%CI=1.001-1.242,P=0.048) in T2DM.Conclusions Subclinical hypothyroidism is associated with the development of microvascular complications in T2DM patients.It is suggested that patients with type 2 diabetes should be regularly examined for thyroid function,for those who has subclinical hypothyroidism,we should pay close attention to the occurrence of microvascular complications and engage in early prevention.关键词
