Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Yuyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia patients in recovery stage of stroke.Methods 120 cases of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia patients in recovery stage of stroke who were treated in our hospital from May,2017 to May,2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the random lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Yuyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Then,the functional indexes and curative effect of the two groups of patients after the treatment were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (the total effective rate:86.67％ vs.66.67％),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of upper limb function,hand function,and daily activity ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Yuyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has significant clinical effects for Yin deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia patients in recovery stage of stroke,which can improve patients' daily living ability,the clinical efficacy has also been improved.关键词
