Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of education about the prevention of cervical cancer on the cognition of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Using multistage whole sampling method,self-designed questionnaire investigation,166 cases of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected as the research object from January 2016 to August 2018,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 83 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received education about the prevention of cervical cancer on the basis of routine nursing care.The cognition on cervical cancer prevention related knowledge of the two groups was compared.Results The awareness rate of related knowledge in the control group was 14.54％;after education about the prevention of cervical cancer was implemented in the observation group,the awareness rate of high risk factors,clinical manifestations,infection way,contraception,vaccination and so on of cervical cancer was 56.79％;the awareness rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences in each knowledge point (P＜0.05).Conclusion Education about the prevention of cervical cancer improves the awareness rate of cervical cancer for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,enhances patients' awareness of prevention,can greatly reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.关键词
